The IMA Health Plan is a statewide solution for eligible Illinois manufacturers to offer affordable, flexible, and customizable health coverage to their employees.

In order to be eligible to participate in the IMA Health Plan, your organization must:
.

1. Maintain a manufacturing industry focus (SIC code assignment of 2000 – 3999)
2. Employ between two and 50 employees (on average) in the prior calendar year
3. Be headquartered in Illinois
4. Be an IMA member in good standing
